What part of your job do you like best and why?
The client service part of my position, ensuring client accounts are updated, reconciled and then reaching out if there are any issues and to resolve them in an efficient manner. Knowing my assistance to our clients is appreciated.
What personal attributes make you good at your job?
Attention to detail and the ability to solve client service issues serve me well!
What’s your favorite way to spend free time?
Daily morning walks, vacationing in Bend, family camping trips, playing cards and board games, and spending time with family and friends.
What’s your biggest challenge on the job?
Always evolving/learning new approaches and technology to keep up with daily tasks and industry standards.
Entrusted with learning and accomplishing all Client Relationship, Operational and back-office duties since working at Cascade for the past 21 years. Completed several securities and banking classes through Wells Fargo. Working for Cascade!
